My mom is a true blue Punjaban… She loves to breakfast with crispy paranthas & aloo-bhujia with piping hot tea to gulp it down with… So here I am, got up very early, so I could cut the potatoes & veggies real fine (the way she likes) and then got down to the act of rolling dough to make paranthas… As the age old chiche goes – The way to a MOM’s heart is through her stomach…
I prepared namkeen jawa for my mom because she liked it. Yesterday I asked her about her favourite recipe. It was very tasty n yummy. I take care of all her need and wishes. I love you Mom..
